Kapthura Jackfruit 400g

This product is made from young, unripened jackfruit. This versatile fruit works well in savoury dishes, and does a good job masquerading as shredded meat in vegetarian and vegan cooking. Used for its uncanny similarity in texture to pulled meat and its ability to take on flavours, the fruit can also be added to the top of porridge and chia puddings, into baked goods and more.
